All in all, this weekend was a good end to a rather odd week. The weather was beautiful, the Ren Faire was excellent, Elton John's Aida was as cheesy as one could hope for and Hot Fuzz proved that male-bonding action movies work better when you a) set them in English villages and b) let the homosocial/eroticism hang out for the world to see.

I'm still suffering a bit from mental whiplash from certain incidents over... well, the last two weeks, really... but the lovely weather indicates that spring is here to stay.

Until summer takes over, that is.

update: I'm attaching some photos from Ren Faire. My memory card is miniscule, so I could only take 5, but I think they turned out ok. I don't have time to orient those so...
