you know, that makes canada's forign policy make sense... what people learn about their country as kids has a major effect on what they do with it when they're much older.
in america it would be considered offensive to present any 'anti-war' sentiment in the presence of a veteran... unless they suggested it first. things get oversimplified, polarized, and dangerously PC'd here, and we all hate it... but it's hard to figure out where to change. (smiles) the only effect we can have is in things like midterm elections and avenue Q.
