Happy American Thanksgiving!

Today is my day for experimental baking. I bring you Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache Tarts with Sea Salt:

 

 

 

...and my interpretation of the Top Chef Just Desserts recipe for chocolate walnut cookies. The cookies taste good; I haven't tried the tarts yet, and I'm afraid I overcooked the hazelnuts. But there's a lot of chocolate involved, and that ought to help.
