Get Your Guilt On!
Ah, Lent. I'm sticking by my regular standby and giving up chocolate. But, because sacrifice is negotiable (right?) I'm not giving up hot choc (I usually drink it instead of coffee), and I will give myself freebies for special events (i.e. birthdays). And I promise not to eat any of my other fallbacks (non-choc cake, cookies etc.) if there's fruit available. Hopefully that will improve my relationship with that horrible food pyramid thing.
