Grr...

So. It turns out my apt's lack-of-dial-tone is caused by my DSL connection. Why, I don't know. Everything was working perfectly as of Saturday. I've tried swapping out filters, to no avail. So right now I have EITHER internet OR a phone, and it's pissing me off. :(
